NuGrow Ipswich returns to normal operation
NuGrow welcomes the decision by the Department of the Environment, Tourism, Science and Innovation (DETSI) to amend the Environmental Authority (EPPR00696713) for NuGrow Ipswich. The amendment was made under section 215 of the Environmental Protection Act 1994 (Qld) and takes effect from 12 October 2026.
The amended authority is consistent with the Planning and Environment Court’s orders of 30 September 2026, and NuGrow Ipswich has returned to normal operation. Customers can keep trading with us under their existing agreements and rate cards. Pricing, scheduling and acceptance criteria are unchanged.
